It's time to start over.
Frankly, it's long past time to start over, at least for me.
Four spine fusions, two knee replacements, and a slew of other related surgeries, it's now September 2024, and (with luck) the last ten years of my life are over.
This year, I've undergone every test you could imagine to make sure that my heart, lungs, and every organ were healthy (more about this later.) So far – no cancer, no heart disease, not so bad asthma, no diabetes.
Basically, I've been rebirthed by medicine 10 years older, but moderately healthy.
So, now what?
I'm hoping to write more on this blog. My hope is to be here three times a week. But we'll see.
What will I write about? Life, writing, and anything I find interesting. After a few months, I'll likely settle on a few topics that matter to me.

I'm Claudia Hall Christian. I write fiction about good people caught in difficult times. I read a lot both for entertainment and to research books.
I'm a prolific author, with the longest running serial fiction (since 2008) and over fifty published books.
