On a limb with Claudia

I’m posting today from my new walking station. I set up a treadmill so I can try walking and working. You see, the Mayo Clinic did a study where people walked and worked with little work interruption. It was so successful that the participants wouldn’t give up their treadmills when the study was over. We rigged a treadmill to work. And we’ll see. If I can improve my health and edit/write? Sounds great to me!

It looks like spring has finally arrived to Colorado. The weather is warmer, the gorgeous yellow wonder of forsythia is out in full force and I have the antsies. Of course, the antsies lead to doing too much – like 2 hours of latin dancing last night in new dance shoes. Doing too much leads to soreness… Yep, it must be spring!

Summer Sundays! I’m not sure there’s anything better. The weather here has been delicious – warm, but not too warm with cool nights.
