I also considered Robert Redford and Clint Eastwood for the first one, but don’t think they (or Reagan) had nose jobs.

I’m thinking Joyce Wilderstein just should have told the doctor to take her out back and beat her head with the biggest stick he could find, probably would have saved money too.
